Long weekend

Once again, i didnt go school, So Charlie (tiffany's bf) came over. Since i had a guest over, i decided to make brunch for them

Seafood Pancake

Since tiff wanted to make muffins with charlie we made that afterwards but it came out brunt and so hard that it was literally like ROCKS!
i didnt bother taking any pictures~ hehe
While tiff and char was making muffin (pre mix), i made my own cupcakes cus i had to make up a new flavour for school.. so i decided to make milo cupcake

at least mine came out normal lol

After we made our muffin/cupcakes i decided to start on dinner since it was around 3pm. I had to do the mise en place for the fennel, pumkin and potato Braised Chicken.


And since i thoguht that my parents and siblings were going to come home to eat, i made just enough for the family, but it turned out it was only me and my older sis who had came home later so we could watch a movie with my brother in law and his newphew.

Saturday Morning 130609
Woke up quite late as i was watchin some 'stuff' last night 8) LOLOL and no not straight porn if thats wat your thinking! ew im not that nasty. i was watchin gay porn .. duhh :)
ANYWAYS.......
In the morning i suddenly had cravings for an egg bennet -
poached egg on a bennet which i must say was the BOMBSHITZNIT :D:D:D:D:D hhahah

first off i made the sauce which was Hollandaise sauce..
only the egg yolk is needed to make this sauce




As you can see, the egg was warpped into glasswrap/ clingfilm
and cook in water so the egg wont spread.
there is other methods to it too..

SOOOOO.... what happen with the eggs white you ask?? lol...
well i tried to make meringues
which is only egg white + sugar :S


simple aye? but i put my temp a bit too high..

thats about my day gone..
Also another thing, i have really been writing about homosexual lately, but hopefully the next blog
i'll be writing more about PDA and other things..
